The California Coaching Companion is a statewide, web-based video sharing and coaching feedback platform. It is designed to support coaches and educators in improving teaching practices and creating high-quality, equitable learning environments for all children. The platform is available in both English and Spanish, and all coaching cycles provide transferable Professional Development and coaching hours. Coaching cycles are built out to model Practice Based Coaching cycles and include valuable exemplar videos and instructional modules. They can also be customized for each educator. Most importantly, access to the site is free for coaches and educators across the state.
